Sharron is Compliance Manager for the Ray White Far North organisation. Her role supports professional and regulatory standards across the office network. More than four decades in real estate, beginning in 1984, give her a broad understanding of management, operations and industry processes.
She qualified as a Branch Manager in 1987 and developed extensive experience across Far North real estate businesses. She returned to the Ray White Kaitaia business in 2006 and is based in Kaitaia while supporting the wider network. Her areas of work include compliance, regulatory requirements, risk management and team support.
