SuperGold cardholders considering a residential property sale can discuss Ray White’s commission discount with Ray White Doubtless Bay before signing an agency agreement. Confirm the offer and its terms in the written agreement so it forms part of the actual sale arrangements.
Ray White New Zealand publishes a 10% discount on the individual agency’s normal standard gross commission for eligible SuperGold owners who list and sell their residential property through Ray White. The discount is applied at the time of sale. It is a commission discount, so ask separately about the full campaign costs and any other charges.
Under the current Ray White national terms, the cardholder must be an owner of the residential property. The owner must request the discount before signing the agency agreement, and the offer must be recorded in that signed agreement. It cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.
Tell the agent early that you want to use the SuperGold offer. Ask how the commission and discount will be shown, when payment is due and how other agreed costs are treated. Read the complete proposal and obtain appropriate advice before committing.
The discount is one part of your selling decision. Compare the agent’s appraisal evidence, preparation advice, likely buyer audience, campaign scope and reporting. A discounted commission does not establish the sale price or campaign outcome.
Our appraisal page explains rating value and market evidence. The selling journey, preparation guide and marketing guide help connect the fee discussion with the work required for your property.
